App is ok but remembers name and password with no way to delete it without deleting app. Should have a way to clear user info or keep app from remembering it.

Cannot log onto portal. You have 1 week to fix. Then my enterprise will need to move to the competition. Please fix.

I’ve been using Vidyo’s products for the last year now and I can’t stop to be amazed by the great quality of the video. You cannot move to any other video conferencing mobile product after using this app! Highly recommended.

The quality is very good. Would like the app to recognize landscape vs. portrait when iPad is flipped so that image of attendees are not flipped 90 degrees.

After the latest update the Vidyo app instantly crashes on both my iPad Mini and my iPhone 5S.

Daily user of this app on an iPad retina. Previous versions were fast and stable enough to forego using my laptop for vidyo calls. Since updating, the app is laggy and slow to respond. Note to secs, I could care less about the pretty icons and fancy, desktop like menus. As it stands, the app performs more poorly with greater frustration, but no corresponding increase in function or ease of use.

I love Vidyo and use often. There are a few bugs in the most recent IOS version. 1. When I log in, there is often a gray bar where my name should be - to join my own room. Yet others who I have in my favorites are all listed. I have to exit fully out of VIdyo and go in again, and usually I then appear correctly. 2. Many times an ear splitting screeching sound comes when joining a meeting from my ipad, even if I have the mic and speaker turned off. It is unbelievable the sound it makes. No idea why.

I use this app daily for a solid, clean, clear video between my phone and a conference room. The only issue is the iOS version for the iPhone 6s plus has a bug where the video rotates from landscape to portrait if a text message comes in. This happens for both ends of the conference call. Once the preview of the text message disappears the video flips back to landscape mode. This makes my video feed look incredibly unprofessional.
